Dealing With Personality Traits In The Workplace

When we think of a choice, we generally think of situations along the lines of, “Should I get a Vermonster, or just a pint of Ben & Jerry’s today?” or “Should I stay awake during this lunch seminar, or should I eat my sandwich quickly and crash?”

However, there are other types of choices as well.  They can range from something as small as, “Should I scratch my mosquito bites?”, which we don’t even realize we think about, to something as big as, “What do I want to major in?”, which often takes years to decide.
