Review of the Dynamic Plateau Training Program: The program that promises you will hit ANY fitness goal whether you have a gym membership or not.

The Dynamic Plateau Training program promises a complete and comprehensive workout program that help you hit any fitness goal whether it’s to:

  • Lose weight
  • Gain muscle
  • Improve your endurance
  • Improve your running speed
  • ..or just to look good.

The program was created by Ben Guinter, On July 30, 2006 Ben weighed the heaviest he has ever weighed, at 331lbs… that is around the time that family picture was taken.

By August 27, 2007 Ben weighed 224lbs; a 107lb reduction in 13 months. Fat loss wasn’t always his goal, with all the workouts in between those times and super fast weight loss can be really difficult for some to keep off, but after the dust settled he was a new man, and even ran the fastest mile he had ever ran at 6:57 minutes… hardly the fastest in the world, but a big accomplishment for a former fat guy with asthma

Now you know the history of the author, here’s a quick overview of what you’ll find when you read the Dynamic Plateau Training program.

The Dynamic Plateau Training Program is published in Adobe PDF format so you can download the e-book. It has 6 main chapters:

  1. What Really Works – Cutting through the garbage in the health and fitness industry and explaining what really works
  2. The Secret Behind DPT – Understand how and why it works
  3. The Backbone Of DPT – Get started and choosing the right exercises
  4. Cutting Through Nutritional Gimmicks – Good eating habits and DPT nutrition
  5. Customizing DPT For Your Goals – How to use the DPT method to gain muscle, lose fat or improve your cardio
  6. Staying Motivated – How to keep on top of being in top

The weird thing is the author does things a bit differently that what most other fitness experts preach but when you watch the FREE video at http://www.dynamicplateautraining.com the idea of the program and the science behind it makes sense.

The main focus of the e-book is learning the concepts and principles of the Dynamic Plateau Training method so you can mold them to your workouts and your individual fitness goals. I personally like this because as a martial artist I know that you can spend forever mastering new exercises and new techniques; the problem with this is ‘experts’ can make up a new technique or exercise any time they want and that’s what they teach, they often don’t teach what is important such as understanding and mastering the concepts and principles of exercise so you can apply that to all area’s of your fitness.

You’ll also learn in the staying motivated chapter some sound principles to help you stay motivated to achieve your goals, this is important because if you know what to do but have a hard time doing it (If old bad habits keep haunting you or if your inconsistent with your workout routines) you’ll find a solution in this section.  There are even 2 members groups you can join for free to get help with staying motivated from Ben and other DPT users across the world.

In summary, anyone looking to be told fairy-tales or anyone looking for a “magic bullet” offered by the likes of body wraps, fat burning pills or muscle gain drugs might be best advised to steer clear of the Dynamic Plateau Training program.

On the other hand, anyone tired of “spinning their wheels” going nowhere, who wants the truth about fitness and who is ready and willing to put in the hard work and discipline and make the lifestyle changes necessary to reach their ideal body, will find the Dynamic Plateau Training program to be one of the best investments they ever made in their lives.
